FAQs

How Long Will My Treatment Take?
Because of the complex nature of the equipment and role-play all medical sessions should really require a minimum booking of 1.5 hours, however most appointments start in the 2 hour allocation range. You can of course book for longer to enjoy more of the extensive clinic facilities, such as the lengthy, slow and teasing masturbation treatment offered by our Serious Kit milking machine, but the decision is yours. Longer bookings allow your nurse time to become more acquainted with your medical needs and offer more scope for a wider variety of instruments, positions and invasive techniques to be administered as necessary.
How will my nurses be dressed?
Nurse Miranda has a wide variety of fetish and retro nursing uniforms, ranging from futuristic rubber-nurse wear through to traditional nursing uniforms complete with caps and all of the intimate nursing accessories. Preferences are taken into consideration but not guaranteed on a first appointment. For more extreme scenes there are heavy black rubber surgeons’ gowns and heavy-duty rubber sheeting available, plus a huge array of latex bodybags, straight-jackets and hospital restraints, to name but a few.
How will I be dressed?
Some patients prefer the ease of access of being naked on the medical bench; others are more comfortable in a traditional open-backed green patients’ hospital gown or more strictly encased in one of more of the clinic’s numerous full rubber body bags. More unruly patients may require strict bondage or to be placed in one of Hanwell’s extensive range of rubber, leather and Maxcita white canvas strait-jackets and hoods. Lucky for you your nurse is a fully certified practitioner in humane restraint, placing particular emphasis on body condition and type before choosing the correct aspects of restriction and restraint.
How important is hygiene in the clinic?
The Hanwell Clinic puts safety and hygiene at the top of the agenda. You will find our equipment and premises spotless and all surgical instruments sterilised to hospital standards and beyond. Details of the clinics methods are outlined in the hygiene area of the site.
Will There Be Sexual Contact with my nurses?
For medical purposes it may be necessary for your nurse to manipulate and examine your genitalia and access to the male g-spot has also proved useful for semen collection. Whatever manipulation techniques may be used, we at the hanwell clinic observe a safety-first ethos, advocating rubber-gloved hands at all times.

Naturally, medical staff will remain fully-clothed throughout all such procedures.

However, in cases where more intimate contact with a female body is considered medically advisable, there is an option to call in outside help from a known base of student nurses and others. These practitioners are not in the employ of the clinic but can indeed offer their own intimate style of patient care. Recommendations can be provided where appropriate.
How will my Care-plan be decided?
You should discuss your desires, fantasies, hard and soft limits and the nursing approach with the clinic staff as your appointment is planned. Particular treatments that you feel will be beneficial can be planned and it will assist the medical staff to know which approach will be best for you. Some patients prefer a more kindly nursing regime, whilst others benefit more from the strict ‘no-nonsense’ and no-choice approach of Nurse Despair.
Should I have a ‘safeword’?
The clinic does advocate the use of safe words in sessions so that new patients know that they may stop the procedures at any time they wish. It is never a reflection on the patients ability to receive treatment, nor a criticism of the medical staff when a safe word is used. BDSM medical play is a two-way experience and for this reason the scene needs to be right for both parties to enjoy the session. As an experienced practitioner, i am an excellent reader of body language to know what's working and what's not. Most of my regular patients play without a safe word but that is trust that can take time to build. Others find assurances in and trust the 2 decades of experience that the Hanwell clinic can offer, knowing they are in safe and experienced hands. Either way, you can rest assured you will be walking out with a spring in your step and a smile on your face.....or am I describing the nursing staff at the end of our day? The use of your safeword will not automatically bring a session to a halt but does gives your nurse the opportunity to assess your treatment this far and discuss the best way forward.
