Who am I?

That is not so easy a question to answer. Naturally, as head of all of the clinic’s medical research I have to wear a number of hats: perhaps the cause of the undoubted fragmentation of my personality that allows you to meet precisely the type of nurse-dominatrix that you individually require. I am first and foremost “The Bondage Mistress,” the real Miranda – the chatty, happy, lively BDSM practitioner who loves to get into the same mindset and wavelength as my patients and provide the sort of nurse role play that so many of you seem to desire. It seems a natural progression for me to launch this medical site, devoted to the sort of medical play and experimentation which has become a integral part of my BDSM world. In fact, I don’t quite know why it has taken me so long to do it!

Now that I have a new medical facility in development in my premises (of which more later) it makes eminent sense to encapsulate all of my many medical desires in one website. Right here you can read of all the wonderful games that I love to play to satisfy my patients’ medical needs – and my own fascination with the kinky medical world. So my second personality is that of the friendly, coercive and persuasive nurse who takes charge, continues to be pleasant but has a ‘no nonsense’ attitude to ensure that all of the necessary treatments are carried out to the full. Sometimes this persona comes out naturally without being asked. When you meet her you will find that treatments are explained and discussed so that you fully understand the reason for what can be challenging procedures before the nurse administers them.

It may be, however, that you most desire to meet my final incarnation: the strict and demanding ‘Nurse Despair.’ The particular nurse/matron figure actually enjoys your pain and suffering and revels in making each medical treatment more tormenting and distressing than you might ever expect. There are always, I confess, elements of Nurse Despair bubbling away below the surface inside me - but how much of her cruel persona I put on show is always dictated by my patients’ requests or by my reading of their body language.
